"I liked how the program is broken up…"
I liked how the program is broken up into sections, it kind of helped me keep going and not get all lost in it. A few parts were maybe a little too basic for me personally, but overall it was clear and simple to use. I’d give it 4 stars
"Way harder to use than it should be"
I got frustrated with this app fast. I was just trying to do basic things and somehow ended up tapping all over the place like I was supposed to guess where everything was. The layout feels cluttered and confusing, and nothing is where I’d expect it to be. Maybe other people have the patience for it, but I definitely didn’t. It was more of a headache than a help, so I deleted it quickly

"I signed up thinking I understood the..."
I signed up thinking I understood the price, but once I got to the billing part, I felt embarrassed because I couldn’t tell if I had missed something obvious. It just wasn’t clear what I was actually agreeing to.
I know it’s on me to read the details, but charges shouldn’t feel like something you have to dig around for. I really wish the pricing and billing info had been more upfront and easier to understand...

"Got boring quickly"
I was interested at first, but I got bored fast. It also had this weird empty feeling, like there wasn’t really a real person behind it or anyone actually there, so it didn’t hold my attention for long.

"I really wanted this to work…"
I really wanted this to work, but it never felt like it adjusted to my fitness level. One day the workouts were way too intense. Oof. Then the next they felt almost too easy. Meh. There wasn’t any real middle ground, so I ended up canceling after about a week

"Was hoping for a bit more guidance"
I signed up for Alive App mainly to help with my gym workouts, and I really wanted to feel like I was on the right track. Unfortunately, it ended up being a little disappointing for me. The workout options felt basic and started to seem repetitive after a while. I was expecting more variety, like machine workouts, free weights, different difficulty levels, or proper split routines that could reassure me I was following a solid plan. It might be fine if you just need simple workouts, but for actual gym training, I didn’t feel like it gave me enough direction. I ended up cancelling after trying it

"Offline mode wasn’t reliable for me"
I remember downloading this app because I specifically wanted something I could use when I didn’t have signal. But when I actually tried it offline, most of what I needed wouldn’t load and it kept asking me to connect to the internet. From what I recall, it was frustrating enough that I just stopped bothering with it after a while. Definitely not what I expected from an offline mode

"I keep trying to log in and…"
I keep trying to log in and it just keeps failing. It’s reaaally annoying, especially when I just need to get in quickly

"Free trial didn’t really win me over"
I tried the free trial of Aliveapp to see if it was something I’d actually want to pay for. Signing up was simple enough, but once I got in, I felt a bit lost. Some of the features looked promising, but a few things were too limited to properly test, which was frustrating. I also ran into slow-loading pages here and there, and it gave me that tired “here we go again” feeling because I’ve dealt with the same kind of issue on other apps before. Maybe it’s better if you already know exactly what you need from it, but for me the trial didn’t do enough to convince me. I ended up cancelling before I got charged.

"Workout lengths just don’t work for me"
Not saying it’s a scam, but I was expecting there to be at least a few shorter workout options. Most of the sessions are longer than what I can realistically fit into my day, so it hasn’t really worked for my schedule.

"The refund process was way slower than…"
The refund process was way slower than I expected and just kind of annoying to deal with. I don’t think I’d use them again after that... it just wasn’t worth the hassle

"I messaged them twice and I’m still…"
I messaged them twice and I’m still sitting here waiting for an actual response. It’s really frustrating, especially when it shouldn’t take this long to get a simple reply

"Gave it a fair shot, but it wasn’t for me"
I tried it for a few weeks because I didn’t want to judge it too quickly, but the workouts felt way too easy and kind of random. I kept waiting to feel like there was a plan or some progress happening, but it never really clicked. I know results don’t happen overnight, but I feel like a few weeks is enough time to at least feel some momentum. Instead, I just got bored fast

"Wish there were more home workout options"
I’ve been trying to use it more for workouts at home, but the choices feel kind of limited. It’s okay for a quick session, but after a while I found myself wanting more variety, especially if you’re not going to the gym or have much equipment. Maybe if they added more routines for different levels or goals..

"Community wasn’t helpful"
So I mostly joined for the community aspect, but it felt dead and hard to navigate. I asked a simple question and waited days without getting a useful answer, just a few random replies that didn’t really help. Support basically sends you back to the community, but that’s the part that isn’t working. I wouldn’t say it’s worth paying for if you actually need help.

"Good value for the price"
I’ve been happy with aliveapp.co so far. It does what I need without making things complicated, and the price feels fair compared to a few other options I tried. My brother actually asked me about it after seeing me use it, and I told him it’s not perfect, but for the value, I think it’s worth it.

"Easy to use with whatever I have at home"
One thing I’ve really appreciated about Alive is that it doesn’t make me feel like I need a bunch of special equipment to get started. I’ve done workouts with dumbbells, resistance bands, and even just bodyweight on days when that’s all I had available. From my experience, that flexibility makes it much easier to stay consistent at home. The only thing I’d say is that a few of the filters could be a little clearer, but overall it’s been simple to make the workouts fit what I have.

"Still needs some tweaking"
Maybe I’m being a little picky, but I do think there’s still a lot that could be tweaked. It’s not a bad experience at all, but the menus did feel a bit confusing at times, and I found myself having to slow down more than I expected

"Kind of Confusing to Use"
I’m not really sure what was going on, but the tracking seemed to miss things often. Most days, the progress didn’t look right either, which made it hard to tell if I was actually on track or not. It just felt confusing more than helpful.

"Pretty Smooth Overall"
In my experience, the integrations connected without any hassle, and the syncing has been mostly smooth. There might be the occasional little hiccup, but overall it’s worked well for me.
